Shipping Locations
We ship within Canada only. All orders are fulfilled domestically to avoid customs delays.

Most orders ship the same business day. Orders are sent via Canada Post, with typical delivery times of 1–2 business days, depending on location. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Tracking
Tracking is provided for all orders and sent by email once your package ships.

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no reference to product contents.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, Prime Science is not responsible for delivery delays, loss, or theft. If an issue arises, we will assist where possible by providing tracking details and carrier support information.
